Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $99 & a flat shipping rate of $9.95 for orders under $99. We can ship within the contiguous 48 states. Virtually all orders will be shipped via one of these carriers: Spee-Dee Delivery, UPS, or FedEx (based on your location). Please allow for 3 business days of processing time + shipping time of the carrier.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, at your shipping expense. You can e-mail us at sales@theezroute.com or call us at 715-453-1111 to start a return. You will need your order # & the reason why you'd like to return the product. Please allow up to 30 days for full refund.
